Our Australian Exclusive Etta mesh indoor/outdoor dining chair combines modern + elegant design, with everyday comfort. With our design partners abroad, we have developed a light + airy everyday indoor/outdoor chair range with a simple silhouette that would be ideal for the Urban home or Coastal beach house alike. The Etta chair is characterized by the rounded shape and bucket-like seat.

The Etta dining chair is made from a single material seat, set atop the powder coated highly durable steel legs. The shell seat is a complex system of diamond shaped perforations that are spread evenly across the backrest + seat. The materials used are functional, hard wearing, with limited UV resistance. High grade steel + plastic are modern materials with high durability, which are both easy to maintain, weather-resistant and recyclable. There are four hand selected timeless colour options; onyx black, ghost white, granite grey, tobacco sand.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners, tracking details will be supplied where applicable. If your order includes pre order items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date where applicable.

How long will it take for order to be delivered + can I specify a date for delivery?
Small + medium furniture items are unable to have a specific delivery date requested, however a tracking number at the time of dispatch allows clear delivery date visibility throughout the item's journey. Delivery timeframes are generally 3-7 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.
Fragile + large furniture will generally have the ability to request a specific date with the 3rd party courier. Items will be delivered to the front door ground-floor or front-door location. In some instances goods will arrive on a pallet to ensure they arrive in optimum condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including pallets. Delivery timeframes are generally 7-14 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address, the delivery may be left in a safe place, if the courier is unable to obtain access it will be redirected to your local courier distribution centre.

Before the item has been dispatched:
If you cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, we offer a refund to the same value as the purchase price. Please email our Customer Experience Team on info@livingbydesign.net.au as soon as possible to cancel your order.

After the item has been dispatched:
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Clearance + Bundled products are not able to be returned or exchanged.

Colours shown on the website are indicative only. Please ensure you review the item’s details online and if you require a swatch/sample, contact us - we do carry samples of most fabrics in our range. Timber is a natural product with variations from product to product, please refer to each listing for more information.
