To earn points and access benefits, you must have an online store account. You can sign up or check your account status on our login page. Once you have joined, you will earn points on purchases with Living by Design online. Please note that previous purchases or subscribing to our mailing list does not mean you have a loyalty account.

With ease, we promise. Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in store and via our online store, excluding the value of shipping fees associated with your order. Points are issued after an order has been fulfilled, and any returned items will result in points being deducted. Please note, points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier. You will be emailed when you have a new reward available, you can also simply visit your logged-in loyalty page to view all of your available rewards. If you have any rewards applicable, you will see these in a drop-down at the checkout. Points can only be redeemed on full price items. Please note - all rewards have a 30 day expiry.

After you have created your account, you will start to earn points from that date. Throughout this period, you are able to earn to remain in the tier for another year, or potentially move up a tier. Your points will expire after 6 months of inactivity.

Your personal tier status is reviewed and refreshed annually, from the date the account has been created.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a review request after 28 days. You review must be done from this email request. You are not able to review products directly from the website.

Unfortunately Trade customers are excluded from earning and redeeming points within our loyalty program.

Points are awarded when you have paid for each order using your loyalty account email address. If you return your order within our return policy time-frame, the points are deducted from your account.
