Our exclusively designed Scandi influenced Dalton dining table range is composed of reclaimed solid teak timbers angled to maximise aesthetics, whilst the profile and clean lines ensure a minimalist scandi feel. The substantial angular legs balance the substantial 6cm solid teak top, resulting in a striking modern indoor dining table.
The Dalton dining table is hand-crafted from reclaimed solid Teak with a smooth finish. The table has been lightly oiled, enhancing the rich natural beauty of the hardwood teak. Further sealant can be applied if required, for extra durability. The angular legs have been expertly designed for practical and flexible chair positioning.
Our Dalton teak tables + benches are superior quality and are generally uniform in color, finish and hardness. That said, with teak there is always an allowance for knots or slight discoloration. FURNITURE SHIPPING :
DELIVERY TIMES :
We ship our furniture items from Monday to Friday. In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order via one of our third-party freight partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch, and tracking details will be supplied where applicable. Please note, we are unable to hold any orders in our warehouse. Items from your order will be dispatched as they are available.
DELIVERY DETAILS :
Customers are not able to request a specific delivery date, our freight partners will however advise when the items are scheduled to be delivered. Fragile, medium and large items will be delivered to the front door pallet will be delivered to a ground-floor or front-door location only and will be strapped and shrink-wrapped on a pallet to ensure they arrive in optimum condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including pallets. It is the customer's responsibility to move delivered items from the ground-floor or front-door location into the premises. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture items will fit through any doorways, staircases, gateways and lifts prior to ordering.
FREIGHT CHARGES :
To check freight charges for your location before placing an order, use the Estimate Shipping tool on the individual product pages or at checkout for a total quote, or contact us. Depending on the item/s and the delivery location, in some circumstances unusually high freight charges may be incurred. If we are unable to reach a delivery solution with the customer, Living By Design reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

BEFORE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED :
If you cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, we offer a refund to the same value as the purchase price. But you’ll need to act fast! Call our Customer Service team on (08) 8399 1250 as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Within two months of purchase the table is already stained from eating at it. The response when raised with Living by Design was to sand and seal ourselves. Needless to say, we're not impressed. Hopefully we can get the stains out but even then we're scared to actually eat on it for fear of more stains!! It's a dining table - it should be able to be freely eaten on!! And not have to be sanded back and sealed by the purchaser!! Especially not when spending $1900 on it, and now more $ to sand and seal ourselves!!
