This Alessi Conica 6 cup Espresso Maker, designed by Aldo Rossi in 1984, is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel with a copper base, ensuring both durability and excellent heat distribution.

Designed in the early 20th century, the espresso maker represents the last true 'invention' among the various coffee brewing methods in use around the world. Characterised by its quick preparation, concentrated volume, and the intense aroma and flavour of the coffee produced by passing water vertically upward through the grounds, it not only symbolises Italian coffee culture but has also become the standard method of coffee making across many European countries, particularly around the Mediterranean basin.
