Delivery costs:
To check freight charges for your location before placing an order, use the Estimate Shipping tool on the individual product pages or at checkout for a total quote. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners, tracking details will be supplied where applicable. If your order includes pre order items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date where applicable.
How long will it take for order to be delivered + can I specify a date for delivery?
Small + medium furniture items are unable to have a specific delivery date requested, however a tracking number at the time of dispatch allows clear delivery date visibility throughout the item's journey. Delivery timeframes are generally 3-7 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.
Fragile + large furniture will generally have the ability to request a specific date with the 3rd party courier. Items will be delivered to the front door ground-floor or front-door location. In some instances goods will arrive on a pallet to ensure they arrive in optimum condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including pallets. Delivery timeframes are generally 7-14 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.
What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address, the delivery may be left in a safe place, if the courier is unable to obtain access it will be redirected to your local courier distribution centre.

Before the item has been dispatched:
If you cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, we offer a refund to the same value as the purchase price. Please email our Customer Experience Team on info@livingbydesign.net.au as soon as possible to cancel your order.
After the item has been dispatched:
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Clearance + Bundled products are not able to be returned or exchanged.
Colours shown on the website are indicative only. Please ensure you review the item’s details online and if you require a swatch/sample, contact us - we do carry samples of most fabrics in our range. Timber is a natural product with variations from product to product, please refer to each listing for more information.
Please contact our Customer Experience Team on info@livingbydesign.net.au if you feel there is a fault with the good/s that you have received, within 5 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Experience Team will arrange a replacement or alternative solution.
