DELIVERY TIMES :

We ship our furniture items from Monday to Friday. In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order via one of our third-party freight partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch, and tracking details will be supplied where applicable.

DELIVERY DETAILS :

Fragile, medium and large items will be delivered to the front door strapped and shrink-wrapped on a pallet to ensure they arrive in optimum condition. Items transported on a pallet will be delivered to a ground-floor or front-door location only. It is the customer's responsibility to move delivered items from the ground-floor or front-door location into the premises. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture items will fit through any doorways, staircases and lifts prior to ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including pallets.

RETURNS - CHANGE OF MIND :

If you change your mind after the item has arrived, you have 7 days to notify us. Provided the packaging hasn’t been removed and the item hasn’t been assembled, we offer a store credit to the same value of the purchase price, less freight, so that you can choose an alternate item. You must return the item/s to our Adelaide Warehouse and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

DAMAGED ITEMS :

Please take photos or videos of the damage, both of the item + the packaging where possible. Email these to us as soon as possible, within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We’ll work collaboratively with you to find a suitable outcome.
