Our ultra comfortable Luxe Feather & Down Inners are exclusive to Living by Design, encapsulating our ethos of affordable luxury. The cushion inners are free from plastics and are instead sent to you in a reusable + environmentally friendly raw cotton bag.

The cushion has a fill of 95% duck feather & 5% down, giving a superior softness + fullness. The filling is certified by Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

For beautifully plump cushions, we always recommend an inner that's the next size up from your cushion cover (+5cm) each way. We recommend this size inner for a 60x60cm cushion cover.

Delivery costs:
Homewares shipping rates start from $10 for standard shipping + $20 for express shipping. Medium + large homeware items will be charged at a higher rate.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched + delivered:

We ship our Homewares and Marimekko items from Monday to Friday - next day where possible. Delivery times vary by stock availability. Products can either be ‘In Stock’ or ‘Pre Order’ depending on the stock's availability. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date.

Will I receive my order in one delivery?
If you purchase both furniture and homewares, you may receive multiple deliveries that can either come directly from our warehouse.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address. Small + Medium homeware items will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the courier.

Returns:
We offer a 30 day change of mind refund or 100% store credit for online full price homeware purchases, the item/s must be in original packaging.

Bundles and clearance/sale items are not eligible for a return.

Our customer service team must be notified within this 30 day period. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Any faulty or damaged items will be replaced, please notify within 30 days of the delivery of the item.
