In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners, tracking details will be supplied where applicable. Small + Medium furniture items are unable to have a specific delivery date requested, however a tracking number at the time of dispatch allows clear delivery date visibility throughout the item's journey. Delivery timeframes are generally 1-3 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.

Fragile, + Large furniture will generally have the ability to request a specific date with the 3rd party courier. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch within Metropolitan Capital Cities, regional locations incur additional delivery timeframes depending on your location + subject to availability.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address.
If no such person is at the delivery address, the delivery will be redirected to your local courier distribution centre, a note will be left with details on how to arrange redelivery.
