Our Purbeck sofa + armchair range takes its mid-century design inspiration from the 1970s with its captivating curves + organic textures. The curvaceous lines of the Purbeck sofa range will ensure these sofas become timeless classics, whilst creating a relaxing atmosphere in your home. The range provides a design-led sofa of free form contours, whilst at the same time boasting ergonomic comfort. This exclusive Purbeck collection is ideal for entertaining and relaxing, whilst suiting a variety of interior styles.

The Purbeck sofa + armchair range is an upholstered hardwood frame, with the seat and backrest sumptuously padded with polydown [foam/down/feather], offering superior firm comfort. The woven textured cotton + linen blended fabric ensures durability. This range is made to last and supported with a fabric and structural warranty.
Available in our luxe hand-selected textured fabrics; Skimming Stone + Deep Manuka + Bayswater Green + Brindle Shadow + Clove Dust + Warm Sorrento Sand.

Delivery times:
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners, tracking details will be supplied where applicable. If your order includes pre order items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date where applicable.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered + can I specify a date for delivery?
Small + Medium furniture items are unable to have a specific delivery date requested, however a tracking number at the time of dispatch allows clear delivery date visibility throughout the item's journey. Delivery timeframes are generally 1-3 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.

Fragile, + Large furniture will generally have the ability to request a specific date with the 3rd party courier. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch within Metropolitan Capital Cities, regional locations incur additional delivery timeframes depending on your location + subject to availability.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address.
If no such person is at the delivery address, the delivery will be redirected to your local courier distribution centre, a note will be left with details on how to arrange redelivery.

Before the item has been dispatched:
If you cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, we offer a refund to the same value as the purchase price. Please email our Customer Experience Team on info@livingbydesign.net.au as soon as possible to cancel your order.

After the item has been dispatched:
Please choose carefully, Change of Mind T&C's are outlined on our Return Policy page. Clearance, Sale, Custom + Bundled products are not able to be returned or exchanged.

"It is a lovely chair and I’m really happy with the colour and comfort. I’m really pleased to have the $150 voucher as I bought the store chair. I was not offered any discount for it being floor stock and despite there not being any left and only on order. It’s important to me to shop local as I could have purchased the same chair elsewhere for slightly less. I prefer to support our local businesses. I was also concerned re delivery as I paid nearly $100 and no guarantee it would be covered by some protection in transit. As it was it was a sheet dangling off on delivery. I chose not to write a public review but feel the staff member I dealt with nearly had me walk away from the sale altogether. I wish you nothing but success ongoing and hope for better staff service for future customers."
