We offer a 7 day change of mind refund or 110% store credit for online full price homeware purchases, the item/s must be in original packaging.

Arrived on time
From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. The lights fit perfectly with our home and are great to read by. The LED bulbs need to be purchased from a specialty lighting store, not available supermarkets.

We had a slight issue where the bulb cover wasn’t delivered with the rest of the lamp - however after I spoke with the Living By Design team they were friendly and accommodating, and delivered the missing part within the same week. The lamp itself is exactly as described, great quality and a beautiful addition to the home. Great if looking for a taller bedside lamp. Highly recommend!
