The tissue box is made of nice wood and loce the dark smoked oak blackish colour, but i did jot like how the flap that slides open and close on the bottom is loose and easily comes off if you tilt the box on that side. So some day if i am to grab the box from top and move it around that closure could fall if and break and make mess of tissue on floor. Im sure this was something that the production could have avoided easily by including magnet or not making it so loose..

This is a great product, the finish is lovely. I ordered one and unfortunately it came a little damaged. I emailed living by design and in a couple days I received a new one. Such great customer service, would definitely be ordering more from this company.
