The Marimekko Kaika cosmetic pouch is made of heavyweight cotton and is decorated with the Räsymatto pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The pouch has a nylon lining, dirt repellant on the fabric and a zipper closure.
Finnish for 'rag rug', the Räsymatto pattern depicts the texture of traditional rag rugs. The pattern has become a staple of modern Finnish design since its release in 2009.
