The Maland Moderna leather hide Bar chair is from our mid-20th century Safari inspired range in which we have achieved a classic design with durability + enduring character. The saddle hide leather seat, combined with a black teak frame exude elegance and individuality. The design reflects a distinct modernism of todays era. The Maland Moderna bar chair has an upright design with a rounded feature frame, resulting in a more compact bar chair.
The teak hardwood frame supports a hand crafted saddle solid leather seat & backrest, which is both practical & extremely comfortable. The Maland Moderna bar chair is hand-crafted using saddle leather, which is batch-dyed by hand. Our hand-selected cow skin leather is a natural product, where markings + imperfections may be present, which adds to the beauty and character of the product. The unique design of the Maland Moderna leather hide bar chair is both comfortable and practical, with an option of two heights for a relaxed experience, perfect for a compact breakfast bar. The leather will age over time, bringing increased character. Available in our signature hand selected leather hides: White, Tan and Black Noir, with a teak frame.
The Maland woven leather hide bar chair is part of our original best-selling Safari range, incorporating a black teak frame + sumptuous saddle leather. The hand-selected rustic combination of materials will develop a special patina that only becomes more stunning with time. FURNITURE SHIPPING :
DELIVERY TIMES :
We ship our furniture items from Monday to Friday. In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order via one of our third-party freight partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch, and tracking details will be supplied where applicable. Please note, we are unable to hold any orders in our warehouse. Items from your order will be dispatched as they are available.
DELIVERY DETAILS :
Customers are not able to request a specific delivery date, our freight partners will however advise when the items are scheduled to be delivered. Fragile, medium and large items will be delivered to the front door pallet will be delivered to a ground-floor or front-door location only and will be strapped and shrink-wrapped on a pallet to ensure they arrive in optimum condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including pallets. It is the customer's responsibility to move delivered items from the ground-floor or front-door location into the premises. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture items will fit through any doorways, staircases, gateways and lifts prior to ordering.
FREIGHT CHARGES :
To check freight charges for your location before placing an order, use the Estimate Shipping tool on the individual product pages or at checkout for a total quote, or contact us. Depending on the item/s and the delivery location, in some circumstances unusually high freight charges may be incurred. If we are unable to reach a delivery solution with the customer, Living By Design reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
FURNITURE RETURNS :
BEFORE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED :
If you cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, we offer a refund to the same value as the purchase price. But you’ll need to act fast! Call our Customer Service team on (08) 8399 1250 as soon as possible to cancel your order.
AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED :
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Timber is a natural product with variations from product to product, please refer to each listing for more information.
We will authorise a refund, replacement or store credit if we are unable to replace goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
