Our homeware ranges are available to ship from Monday to Friday, within 1-3 working days [excluding pre order items]. Living by Design uses a combination of 3rd party freight parties, depending on the size of the item & final destination. Tracking details will be supplied, we can not guarantee delivery days or times. Express shipping is available at an extra cost.
We offer a 7 day change of mind refund or 110% store credit for online full price homeware purchases, the item/s must be in original packaging.
Bundles and clearance/sale items are not eligible for a return.
Our customer service team must be notified within this 7 day period. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Any faulty or damaged items will be replaced, please notify within 7 days of the delivery of the item.

I purchased the cloches mainly to protect a special candle, and as they came in 2's I was happy to receive a second as I like the style and it would find its use. Delivery was speedy and they were packed very well. On opening one I discovered it was slightly faulty and the cloche could not slot into its base. For the price I was not too concerned as I could see that a little work with a fine chisel, even a large screwdriver and gentle hammer would fix the problem. I did give Living Design some feedback though, and I was bowled over by the genuine offer of some generous compensation and also replacement if necessary, neither of which WAS necessary in my view. The experience indicated the conscientiousness with which Living Design conducts their business. Highly valued in these times, and the warm communications were much appreciated by me.
