We offer a 7 day change of mind refund or 110% store credit for online full price homeware purchases, the item/s must be in original packaging.

Love the clock but instantly struggled with the loud ticking. I hopped onto website and asked if I could exchange for a silent clock. Be aware no exchanges are allowed if you bought in sale . So even thoughI was happy to return at my expense , this isn’t possible. I realise that this will be in the small print but it didn’t cross my mind that I wouldn’t be able to exchange.
