We offer a 7 day change of mind store credit for online homeware purchases, the item/s must be in original packaging. A store credit will be issued to the value of your original purchase (less freight). Our customer service team must be notified within this 7 day period. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Any faulty or damaged items will be replaced, please notify within 7 days of the delivery of the item.

It's a pretty good kettle, boils quick, quiet, pours well and looks nice. But some of the construction feels a little cheap for how much it costs. The way the lid locks open and closes again feels a little loose and sounds flimsy. Also not a fan of the big plastic seam along the handle. Overall I'm quite happy, though. Just wish the lid had a better mechanism.
