Delivery costs:

Homewares shipping rates start from $10 for standard shipping + $20 for express shipping. Medium + large homeware items will be charged at a higher rate.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

In some certain circumstances, additional out of area or oversized item fees may apply. Our Customer Experience team will be in contact when these additional fees apply.

Delivery times:

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched + delivered?

We ship our Homewares and Marimekko items from Monday to Friday - next day where possible. Delivery times vary by stock availability. Products can be ‘In Stock’ or ‘Pre Order’ depending on the stock's availability. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date.

Will I receive my order in one delivery?

If you purchase both furniture and homewares, you may receive multiple deliveries that can either come directly from our warehouse.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?

A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address, Small + Medium homeware items will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the courier.

Delivery costs:

  • To check freight charges for your location before placing an order, use the Estimate Shipping tool on the individual product pages or at checkout for a total quote. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.
  • In some certain circumstances, additional out of area or oversized item fees may apply. Our Customer Experience team will be in contact when these additional fees apply.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

  • In-stock items will be dispatched within 3-7 business days from order date via one of our third-party freight partners, tracking details will be supplied where applicable. If your order includes pre order items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Once dispatched, you will be able to track your order with an estimated delivery date where applicable.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered + can I specify a date for delivery?

  • Small + Medium furniture items are unable to have a specific delivery date requested, however a tracking number at the time of dispatch allows clear delivery date visibility throughout the item's journey. Delivery timeframes are generally 3-7 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.
  • Fragile, + Large furniture will generally have the ability to request a specific date with the 3rd party courier. Items will be delivered to the front door ground-floor or front-door location. In some instances goods will arrive on a pallet to ensure they arrive in optimum condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials, including pallets. Delivery timeframes are generally 7-14 days after dispatch, timeframes depend on your location.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?

  • A person is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address.
If no such person is at the delivery address, the delivery may be left in a safe place, if the courier is unable to obtain access it will be redirected to your local courier distribution centre.
