This enchanting, Tamsin Johnson-designed waterfront cottage in Berowra Waters — recently featured in Belle magazine — is one of our favourite homes. Accessible only by boat, seaplane, or helicopter, it offers a truly secluded escape. 

Named Sunny Corner, the property blends vintage rattan, whimsical styling, French lighting, and hand-painted details into a dreamy, one-of-a-kind riverfront retreat. It’s a rare gem with undeniable character and charm, that has provided inspiration for our latest The Living Edit.
