Our modern Florence oval table is composed of solid teak timbers angled to maximise aesthetics, whilst the low profile and clean lines ensure a minimalist feel.
Step inside Station Road—Adelaide’s newest French-inspired brasserie, located at the base of Festival Tower in the heart of the city. Brought to life by the acclaimed team behind East End Cellars and Mother Vine, this refined yet approachable dining destination opened its doors in late 2024. Led by Head Chef Baine Stubbs—whose culinary journey spans Melbourne’s Vue de Monde to Parisian favourites Ellsworth and Clamato—Station Road blends classical French technique with bold, contemporary flair. Expect beautifully balanced dishes showcasing South Australia’s finest seasonal produce.
The space, designed by Studio Nine Architects, is as elegant as the menu—anchored by a central marble bar, flanked by a curated wine vault and an intimate wine room. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the dining room in natural light, while an expansive alfresco terrace opens onto the plaza for relaxed, open-air dining.
