To care for your wood wick candle, simply trim the wick prior to each burn, simply by snapping the burnt out wick, leaving a remaining wick length of approx 3mm.

We dispatch any online orders Monday to Friday… any orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be sent off on the following Monday (or working day).

We generally post all our orders via Australia Post or TNT – although sometimes we use another carrier if it is a better fit.

Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us straight away. You will need to notify us in 7 days of receiving the goods.

If the product is faulty, of course we’ll replace it. We will either replace the product, refund your money or provide you with a credit note – whichever you prefer.
