Our homeware ranges are available to ship from Monday to Friday, within 1-3 working days [excluding pre order items]. Living by Design uses a combination of 3rd party freight parties, depending on the size of the item & final destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are 2-14 days upon shipping. Tracking details will be supplied, we can not guarantee delivery days or times. Express shipping is available at an extra cost.
We offer a 7 day change of mind store credit for online homeware purchases, the item/s must be in original packaging. A store credit will be issued to the value of your original purchase (less freight). Our customer service team must be notified within this 7 day period. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Any faulty or damaged items will be replaced, please notify within 7 days of the delivery of the item.

Don't bother
Really disappointed in this. The plastic spout and collar part don't screw into the main ceramic body properly, so it's very floppy to use and if you pick it up by the spout to move it, it kind of comes apart. The ceramic is fine, but it looks super untidy with even the slightest bit of water on it, I can't help thinking that a different matte finish wouldn't have the same problem.
