We dispatch any online orders Monday to Friday… any orders placed over the weekend or public holiday will be sent off on the following Monday (or working day).
We generally post all our orders via Australia Post or TNT – although sometimes we use another carrier if it is a better fit.
Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your parcel.

We offer a 7 days change of mind refund policy for online fashion and homeware purchases. Please notify us within 7 days of the purchase via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation.
All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Any faulty items will be replaced, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery of the item.
