  • We offer a 7 days change of mind refund policy for online furniture purchases. Please notify within 7 days of the purchase, & we will make the necessary arrangements for a collection. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Any faulty items will be replaced, please notify within 7 days of the delivery of the item.

    Living by Design Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any good supplied by Living by Design that has a defect. It does not include defects that arise as the result of normal wear and tear, or which are a natural characteristic of the material used to produce the good.
