We offer a 7 days change of mind return policy for online + instore purchases.

Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. For homewares + furniture purchases, contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements for a collection. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Any faulty items will be replaced, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery of the item.

Any products bought on sale or special are not able to be returned or exchanged at all. So for any specials, please choose carefully.

Please make sure your returned product is identified with your name clearly.

FREE OF CHARGE

Any purchases made online can be refunded or exchanged at any of our 5 store locations within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Simply bring the item and your invoice instore and we will exchange or refund your item.

Online orders paid using Paypal can be refunded onto a credit card or EFTPOS of your choice.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

VIA POST

Any fashion purchases made online can be refunded or exchanged by returning to us in the post. You are responsible for paying the postage charges.

You just need to package up your items securely and arrange to post the return to us.
